Has very complete services for both dogs and cats, and its 24hrs for emergency. Love that they have a petshop as well, wide range of kibbles and raw food for my dogs.

I brought my cat, Kupa, to this clinic because of a rather concerning cough. After being hospitalized for a few days, his condition improved very quickly. Now Kupa is healthy and his cough is completely gone. This is all thanks to the doctors and team at the clinic, who are very experienced, patient, and responsive in caring for each patient.
What made me even more reassured was that the clinic is open 24 hours, so I didn't have to worry when Kupa had to be hospitalized. During his stay, I was always informed about his progress.
The services are also very comprehensive. In addition to examinations and hospitalization, there is a safe boarding service available because they are under 24-hour supervision. So for those of you looking for a veterinary clinic with excellent service and complete facilities, I highly recommend this place.

The service is top-notch! The doctor is friendly and explains everything thoroughly. The staff are also kind and loving to animals. The place is clean, so it's comfortable. Twice-daily condition updates so you don't have to worry about your pet's condition. Thank you all doctors and team! Recommended to come here 😊👍🏼

This was my first experience rescuing a cat, and I decided to entrust their care to Bali Veterinary Clinic. I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided by the entire team throughout my cat's stay at the clinic 🐱
In my opinion, the costs were well worth the quality of care, attention, and service that my cat received. During the treatment period, I felt reassured because I received regular updates about my cat's condition and could see that my cat was being cared for very well. The team provided updates twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, which I truly appreciated and found very comforting. 🔥
What I am most grateful for is that my cat was finally able to come home healthy and in good condition. Thank you to the entire team at Bali Veterinary Clinic Sanur for your dedication, compassion, and excellent care. 🫶🏻

I am incredibly grateful to the team at Bali Veterinary Clinic for the outstanding care they gave Surya.
The day I found him on the beach after he had been poisoned was also the day I had to fly back to Spain. I contacted them, and they responded immediately and went to pick Surya up right away.
Leaving him behind was incredibly difficult, but from that moment on I knew he was in the best hands.
Throughout his recovery, the team kept me informed every step of the way. They regularly updated me on his condition, explained every treatment, and always shared the costs and estimates transparently before moving forward. Even from the other side of the world, I always felt involved and reassured.
Thanks to their professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion, Surya made a full recovery and has now found his forever home. I will always be grateful to every member of the team for giving him a second chance.

In March of this year, my cat, Kelly, was infected with the Panleukopenia Virus. The doctor said her chances of recovery were 50/50 because I hadn't had time to vaccinate her. Thank God, after 10 days of hospitalization at BVC, Kelly started to improve and showed signs of recovery. Previously, Kelly had been experiencing persistent bloody diarrhea and vomiting 🥲.
Thanks to the BVC team, especially Dr. Lilian, for taking care of Kelly during her hospitalization until she was fully vaccinated. Now, Kelly is healthy, active, and back to her routine ❤️

We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care our 1 year old dog has received from this wonderful team. Despite being so young, he’s already had quite a journey with multiple visits for surgery, overnight stays, and regular check-ups. Every single time, the vets and nurses have treated him with so much kindness, patience, and love.
They’ve always taken the time to explain everything clearly and keep us updated.
Thank you to everyone at the clinic for treating him well. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done for our little dog. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but love and gratitude for BVC! I can really couch for the BVC team that they take amazing care of your furbaby as they have proved to be 100% dedicated to take care of my doggo. Twice!
1st time was after my doggo got attacked and bitten by another dog and the wound got severely infected. 2nd time was after my doggo got hit and run over by a car and had to undergo surgery of her broken jaw.
Both times team BVC they showed great knowledge and skills and they proved to really love and care for my doggo when she had to be committed at the clinic.
After the surgery my doggo had to stay for a few months to make sure she would get the best monitoring and treatment. They sent me videos and updates twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon. They took her out for a walk 2-3 times a day and even made time to boil her chicken filet and to play with her from time to time.
I would bring my doggo back at BVC any time, even though it’s far from my house in Tabanan.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Tia at Bali Veterinary Clinic Tabanan. When my cat, Wiro, was in a very worrying condition, Dr. Tia treated him with such patience, calmness, and care.
What I especially appreciated was how Dr. Tia not only cared for her patients but also understood the feelings of anxious pet owners. Her explanations of Wiro's condition were always reassuring and empathetic, making us feel less alone during this critical time.
From the initial examination, through the critical period, and through the recovery process, Dr. Tia and the entire BVC Tabanan team were truly exceptional. The paramedics were also incredibly patient, attentive, and meticulous in caring for Wiro.

I have been a client of this clinic for over 6 years with my three cats, and I can honestly say that this is the only place I trust 100% with my pets' lives.
We have been through some incredibly difficult situations together. One of my cats, Bagus, was once attacked by dogs and arrived in critical condition with internal organ damage, a severe infection, and a shattered collarbone. The doctors here fought for his life for six months, and thanks to their dedication, he pulled through. Every time my cats have faced serious health issues, we have turned to this team.
Most recently, I had to visit a week ago at midnight because my cat had a urinary blockage. This is the only clinic in the area that can handle such an emergency in the middle of the night. Not only did they treat him immediately and explain everything clearly, but the doctor even messaged me later to check on how he was doing at home.
The staff is incredibly caring; they follow up on treatments and provide consultations even after you’ve left the clinic. Whether it’s a routine vaccination or a life-saving surgery, I will always choose this place. Thank you so much to the entire teamit is truly because of you that my cats are still alive and healthy today.

They saved my dogs life. I rushed in at 8AM, with my dog foaming from the mouth, couldn't walk, and they acted to quickly. Injected him with medicine that saved his life. I will furever be grateful. If you have an emergency - they are extremely proficient

A very good veterinary clinic because it is right next to a pet store, so if we need medicine or supplements for our beloved pets, we can go shopping there right away. Don't hesitate about the service, they are very friendly and the doctors are competent and very helpful.

The clinic is clean and neat, the service is good even though the price is a little expensive but it is worth what is given. Arriving at the house, the doctor still contacted me through a short message to ask how I was doing and guide the procedure for taking care of the cat at home like in the hospital. Overall good fast handling and the cat can go home faster than the estimate given.

5 stars for service and attention! We found a tiny abandoned kitten on the street and brought her to the clinic immediately for a complete check up.
The Vet checked everything under her microscope and we could take her home after. In 2 weeks going back for het first vaccination.
The receptionist was very welcoming. The Vet was very nice too, spoke English and explained everything to us. Also very clear on the prices and of every treatment she was going to do and asked if it was ok.
Really recommend them! I have 5 pets in total, so will bring all of them there.🥰

Tried BVC Sanur for the first time and pretty happy with it. The place is new but the service was really good. The vet was nice and explained things in a way that’s easy to understand, which I really appreciate.
Location is easy to reach, and the clinic is clean and comfy. My dog didn’t seem too stressed, which is always a good sign 😅
Also they have a petshop inside which is handy, tho not super big, but got the basics.
Overall good experience, will prob come back if my pet needs anything

I brought my baby here after she got into a fight with my other dogs and needed stitches. The doctor, the staff, and the overall service were excellent. They took such good care of her — I received updates twice a day, which really gave me peace of mind.
Cica stayed there for a week ( more or less ) and I brought her back home today. She looks great — chubby, happy, healthy, and back to her usual self. 🐶💖
The only downside is that this clinic isn’t open 24 hours, which can be a bit tricky in case of emergencies, especially since I live in Kedungu. But they did let me know their Pererenan branch is open 24/7, which is good to know.
It’s true that it’s a bit more expensive than other vets in Bali, but honestly, what matters most is that they saved my baby — and I’m incredibly thankful for that.

The best vet in Bali, I took my puppy to this clinic and after my puppy had parmovirus they saved her life, I will always be grateful to your team, they treat animals very very well, I will always bring my animals to this veterinary clinic, thank you very much
