About BVC

40 Years of Love and Expertise in Pet Care in Bali

Bali Veterinary Clinic is a full-service veterinary clinic providing both routine and advanced care. With over 40 years of experience, our team offers consultations, preventive care, minor and major surgery, 24-hour emergency services, and comprehensive diagnostics at our clinics in Sanur, Pererenan, and Tabanan.

As a one-stop veterinary clinic, we support pet owners through every stage of care, from everyday health needs to planned surgery, urgent intervention, and hospital treatment. Our clinicians priorities safety, clinical standards, and appropriate care at every step.

Our surgical services include orthopaedic procedures, soft tissue surgery, dental surgery, ophthalmology, oncology, and cranial surgery. All procedures are supported by thorough pre-surgical assessment, including bloodwork and cardiac evaluation, and are performed in facilities equipped with appropriate monitoring and anaesthetic systems. We also provide professional pet dentistry, from routine scaling and extractions to more complex oral surgery.

Emergency and critical care services are available 24 hours a day, including intensive monitoring, hospitalisation, and ambulance support covering much of southern Bali. In-house diagnostics (X-ray, ultrasonography (USG), CBC, blood chemistry, ECG, PCR and rapid testing) enable accurate assessment of both routine and complex cases within a single facility.

Our History

A veterinary legacy shaped by family, strengthened by knowledge, and devoted to animals across Bali.

1986

Drh. Ni Made Restiati collaborates with her father, Drh. I Made Djagra, to establish their joint veterinary practice, the first genesis clinic in Sanur. This marks the beginning of a pioneering private veterinary service in Bali.

1993

Drh. Ni Made Restiati begins her postgraduate studies in Veterinary Epidemiology at Murdoch University, Perth, Australia. Drh. I Made Djagra continues the practice at the genesis clinic.

1994-1997

Drh. Ni Made Restiati completes her postgraduate studies in Veterinary Epidemiology at Murdoch University, Perth, Australia.

1996-1999

Drh. Ni Made Restiati gains practical experience at Ranford Veterinary Hospital in Canning Vale, Western Australia, while also involved in the acquisition of the hospital.

2000

Drh. Ni Made Restiati returns to Bali and resumes practice alongside her father at the original clinic.

2004

She opens Restiati Veterinary Clinic in Pererenan, Canggu, the enduring home base that continues to serve Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Umalas, Berawa, Echo Beach, Seseh, and surrounding areas.

2012

I Putu Luna Agasteya, her son, joins and rebrands Restiati Veterinary Clinic as Bali Veterinary Clinic Pererenan under his management helm, the first step towards a more corporate and professional operation, moving beyond a simple joint practice as the business grows in complexity.

2013

The original genesis clinic temporarily closes following the passing of Drh. I Made Djagra.

2014-2015

Bali Veterinary Clinic Kedonganan opens as the second location and operates successfully until it is sold. The proceeds and focus enable the full resurrection of the family’s first place of practice: a brand-new building rises on the original site and opens as Bali Veterinary Clinic Sanur, preserving the legacy of Drh. I Made Djagra.

2020

Bali Veterinary Clinic Tabanan opens, extending care to the Tabanan city area, Mengwi, and surrounding regions.

2023

Bali Veterinary Clinic Seminyak opens to better serve the central tourist and residential corridors. The clinic closes in 2024, followed by the passing of Drh. Ni Made Restiati.

2025

Bali Veterinary Clinic Sanur relocates to its current premises, continuing the commitment to modern, accessible care in the Sanur–Denpasar corridor.

Today, I Putu Luna Agasteya leads the management of Bali Veterinary Clinic, while Drh. I Made Galih Diprayoga and Drh. Willy Morris Nainggolan continue the veterinary legacy as Head Vets across all branches. Together, they uphold the combined legacy of †Drh. Ni Made Restiati and †Drh. I Made Djagra in serving animal healthcare across Bali.

Our doctors hold both national and international certifications across a range of veterinary fields. With decades of clinical experience, thousands of cases handled every year, and countless animals restored to health, we bring deep practical knowledge to every consultation and treatment. This long-standing expertise is one of the reasons Bali Veterinary Clinic remains one of the most trusted names in veterinary care across Bali and throughout Indonesia.

Bali Veterinary Clinic operates fully in accordance with Indonesian regulations and is registered, licensed, and certified by the Indonesian Government and the Indonesian Veterinary Medicine Association. Illness and injury do not keep office hours. That is why BVC operates 24 hours a day to provide emergency care whenever it is needed. You can reach us at any time, and you can easily locate all our clinics on Google Maps.

Supportive

Recovery does not end when a pet leaves the clinic. Animals often need ongoing nutritional support, specialised diets, and quality products during and after treatment. Through our affiliation with Pet Stores and Healthcare, we provide carefully selected high-quality supporting products designed for pre- and post-treatment care, so your pets receive complete support throughout their recovery.

Equipments

Bali Veterinary Clinic is equipped with modern, high-quality diagnostic and treatment tools that support accurate diagnoses and safe procedures. From advanced imaging to surgical and laboratory equipment, we invest in the technology needed to give every animal the best possible chance of a healthy outcome.
